Business Hours Disclaimer
Orders placed after end of business day Monday - Thursday will be processed the next business day. All orders for weekend e-blasts must be placed and scheduled during business hours Monday - Thursday, before end of business day. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Friday Flyer Orders Disclaimer
The cut off for flyers to be sent on Friday is end of business day on Thursday. If an order is for Friday and is received after Thursday business hours, the flyer will be scheduled for Monday.
Order Queue Disclaimer
Orders are fulfilled in the order of being received and on Fridays, even if the client provides the flyer already created, the client must wait in line for orders queued ahead of them. Orders placed after end of business day Monday - Thursday will be processed the next business day.

Orders MUST be placed 24 hours in advance for guaranteed delivery of your preferred send date.
Weekend Disclaimer
Orders are expedited in the order they are received. Fridays are very busy. Therefore, Any orders that come in on Friday will not be seen usually until the next business day, which is Monday. Any e-blasts that need to be scheduled to go out over the weekend MUST be scheduled in advance, Monday -Thursday BEFORE end of business day, or else they will not be sent until Monday.

​If you have your own flyer, you can place the order, but we cannot guarantee it will go out. We will notify you if we cannot send it out, and discuss if you wish to have it go out on Monday.
New Flyer Design Disclaimer
New flyer design orders may take up to 24 to 48 hours for the PROOF to be ready. There is a 24 hour turn around time for PROOFS on all NEW orders (where we have to create the flyer and send a proof).

​**No new orders will be accepted on Fridays. We do not do design work on Fridays or the weekend.**
Billing Disclaimer
We do not authorize any payments until the e-blast is completed. If the order is placed and the e-blast is not sent out, you will not be charged.
